You can get a scheduled report on all web-sites visited for a day (week, month) to your e-mail. Each event from the list will contain details including duration of the visit and URL. If we consider enterprise-size usage, we can set separate reports for the head of each department containing the list of web-site activities only of the employees of the corresponding department.

You can get aa list of screenshots related to a web-sites visiting to see the exact picture of employee activity there, in case URLs don't suffice (e.g. the webpages have been deleted).
